Is dying light 2 ever going to come out the first 1 was best game in last few years

Yeah dying light was a great game ,shame to see dying light 2 seems to be in development hell ,wouldn’t surprise me if it ends up canned

Supposedly there's an event soon to showcase and provide an update on the game.

Didn't enjoy the first one personally but I know it was popular. Hopefully the second doesn't release as an absolute mess.
