I am really disappointed that the makers have said they have no plans to bring the Total War series to consoles. I really enjoy the games, would have loved the new one, Warhammer, on the PS4 personally. There is a real lack of good strategy games on consoles.

Yeah ed it's a shame there's never any strategy games on consoles ,would liked a total war on console all we seem to get is tropico and the only only ones I can see coming out soon it's city skylines and halo wars on Xbox one

what about the command and conquer games any chance of one of hem coming out on the ps

Ed, the reason there are no good RTS games on console is because of two things.

1). The scale of battles would be too intense, even for modern consoles. this will explain what I mean:

2). The controller is a joke for RTS.

3). Red Alert 3 for PS3 - try it, then you'll never want to see an RTS come to console ever again.
