Evening all

Just wondering of anyone has bought the Nintendo switch and what are your thoughts.

My daughter is after one for her birthday.

I have one but I can't say I'm that impressed. Don't get me wrong. Zelda is AWESOME. But what other games am
I going to play for that system? There just aren't many. There are new Mario games set to come out, which i'm not interested in. But I could see where they hook some people (they used to dominate my free time). I think it could be a decent system but I fail to see what makes it superior to PS4 and xb1. If it were cheaper I could justify getting it a bit more. Nintendo is still the best brand for kids. Maybe I'm just getting old.

I don't think you can go wrong getting it. If it's what your daughter wants, I'm sure she will enjoy it! I just wanted to bring up that there are literally NO big games besides Zelda at this time.

I'm getting it for zelda then giving it to the kids! It's a console for kids I'm afraid. But always played zelda so me and other loyal fans are obviously more loyal than Nintendo are to its fans of old

Thanks for reply guys, my daughter only wants it because she's seen Zelda. I imagine that after a few weeks she will get bored and then it will be mine haha.

Read that they are a little glitchy at timesduring game play have you found that Tj?

The controller can disconnect sometimes and it has done some weird stuff. If you get that joy con error like me then you can send it in to be replaced for free. Takes a couple weeks to get it back apparently. Zelda is a lot of fun mate. The glitches certainly aren't a big deal.
