This page is bringing back memories of the first game I played,running down to the casino after school to play donkey kong,
And a karate game I forget the name of it.
And then there was bomb jack.asteroids,
Paperboy,
Great games

{Ed001's Note - I remember Paperboy, but I was in primary school then, how old are you?}

Im 41 years young ed,
That bomb jack was a great game,you needed a certain skill to control that game and stay on the machine as long as you could,after all it was 10 pence a game.

{Ed001's Note - I honestly do not remember games like that and I am a year older than you. I remember them on the Speccy and C64, but not at arcades. But then I had to catch a bus back from school at that age, used to take a couple of hours to get home, and I was always outside with a ball when I did get a chance.}

I also remember paperboy, loved Donkey Kong that was just pure class lol also used to love Street Fighter I think it was on the Sega along with Columns (addictive as hell) and Mortal Kombat

{Ed001's Note - I remember the handheld Donkey Kongs, used to get passed around the bus everyone taking turns on the way home from school.}

The karate game you might be on about could be a game called black belt on the master system. I loved altered beast on that system . Alex the kid games and the wonder boy games

{Ed001's Note - was Black Belt the one you fought in front of prayer gates?}

It was a scroll beat em up! You would go through a level and have a mid way boss and an end of level boss. Played very much like a basic altered beast but with ninja stuff instead of ghouls. And now I remember ghouls and ghosts . God it's taking me back to my childhood. It's never been as good since

{Ed001's Note - ah yes now I remember. Not my thing the side scrollers, I never liked them. My best mate was addicted to Altered Beast but I never really enjoyed it.}
