Need a bit of help,

Recently moved house and obviously had to take my ps4 with me, before the move worked perfectly no problems, plugged in at new house, and went to use it and no discs would load, tried numerous times and each time it would try to get it to work but come up *unknown disc* tried 4/5 different games and DVD's. anyone had this happen or know how to get it fixed?

Did you try doing a power cycle and rebuilding the data base ,I posted a link but it never got posted so just google how to do it,it prob won't help as it's probably the drive but it fixed my mates last year so worth a try

{Ed001's Note - the link has probably got caught in the spam filter and will have to wait for Ed033 to find it. I have asked him to remove that filter setting, but I only asked two months ago, so it will probably be at least a year before it actually gets done!}

im going to get one of the laser cleaning discs and hope that works, I've just had the new uncharted bought for me and not being able to play it is killing me!
